International Mining Alliance (hereinafter referred to as “IMA”) has been registered in the United States, and will be registered in the world's major mineral countries. As a global international organization with the function of non-governmental organization, IMA can cooperate directly with worldwide governments and resources sectors after development and growth. What’s more, IMA will be developed into the world's most authoritative non-governmental organization and its powerful mining coalition forces will emerge gradually in the mining industry.

The Top Ten Rights and Interests of International Mining Alliance Members:
1. IMA will continue to organize visits to resource-rich countries for its members, who will be received by the Ministry of Mines and can obtain first-hand information on mineral resources as well as establish relationships with high-levels.
2. IMA will organize direct cooperation between IMA members and the Ministry of Mines so that the members can have the opportunity to participate in high-quality mineral development and investment and get preferential policies from the government.
3. Branches of International Mining Alliance will be registered in each country, which can receive members for mine investigation and investment, and assist in resolving the variety of investment issues for the members.
4. There are a number of mining investment funds, financial institutions and listed companies with IMA, so IMA can solve the problem of funds for members with insufficient money to invest in mineral properties.
5. IMA will assist members in natural disasters and crisis.
6. IMA will organize skilled members to help those with technical problems in the development of mineral resources (free service).
7. IMA will provide legal support and administrative relations support for all members with legal problems in the development and investment of mineral resources (free service).
8. For especially large property, IMA will organize joint venture among the members to develop together, fully reflecting the best bridge role of IMA among the members.
9. IMA will play a role in organizing and coordinating the joint venture, cooperation, transfer, mergers and acquisitions, co-portfolio-market for minerals properties of the members (free service).
10. IMA will organize various cultural, investment forums, exhibitions, self-cultivation resort, recreational and other international events, so that all members can have the opportunity to send their ideas, make friends, exchange information, and enhance their own international discourse rights, competitiveness and the ability to resist risks.
